We are delighted to present our second two-person showcase: ‘Vision in Time’ by Wilhelmina Barns-Graham and ‘Changing Light’ by Hetty Haxworth.
This show brings together two outstanding artists, both with an endless dedication to making art which celebrates colour and life and which rejoices in the vibration of one colour against another, the play of one shape beside another.
We are immensely thrilled to be hosting an exhibition of the works of one of the UK’s foremost abstract artists, the highly regarded and exceptionally talented Wilhelmina Barns-Graham and, alongside her, the nationally and internationally renowned artist Hetty Haxworth.
We have a selection of prints by Wilhelmina Barns-Graham spanning the period from 1991 to the early 2000’s when Wilhelmina’s printmaking endeavours were most prolific, energetic and rich, and a new series of mono prints from Hetty Haxworth inspired by her surroundings, the changing rhythm of the seasons and fleeting moments of light and time
